Hybrid Part Time General
Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit organization seeking a Staff Accountant to assist their team. This is a part-time, hybrid position with 30 hours total and 2 days in office.

  • They support a large population of people in North Central Massachusetts with a variety of programs
  • Great longevity on the team--many employees have 15+ years in their tenure
Responsibilities of the Part-Time Staff Accountant:
  • Assist with month-end close process including:
    • Entering accounting information to QuickBooks Online
    • Performing bank reconciliations
    • Creating journal entries
  • Process accounts payable
  • Prepare invoicing for grants
  • Gather information internally and externally for grants compliance
Background Expected of the Part-Time Staff Accountant:
  • 2+ years in a staff accountant role or higher
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting OR experience equivalent
  • Experience in nonprofit organizations and with QuickBooks Online are both preferred
  • Ability to work a part-time, hybrid schedule of 30 hours/week
Hourly rate, depending on experience:
$30/hr - 45/hr
