Part-Time SLP

What You’ll Do

Premier Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to help residents improve communication, cognition, and safe swallowing so they can connect more fully with others. In this onsite role in Doylestown, OH, you’ll evaluate needs, build individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and document clearly to support quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing speech/language, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia evaluations
- Developing and updating plans of care and measurable goals
- Providing skilled therapy services and caregiver/staff education as appropriate
- Maintaining timely documentation and collaborating with the care team
Required qualifications/skills:
- Valid SLP license (Ohio) and ASHA CCC-SLP (or CFY eligibility)
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication
- Experience in skilled nursing/senior care is preferred
