Key Responsibilities:
- Keep It Shining: Perform daily cleaning of classrooms, common areas, and restrooms. Handle floor care, including mopping, waxing, and buffing.
- Grounds & Maintenance: Assist with periodic upkeep of school grounds and handle minor maintenance tasks (reporting larger repair needs to the supervisor).
- Evening Support: Monitor and support community/school activities during the evening building use.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the Head Custodian and staff to maintain high standards of building cleanliness and safety.
- A positive, approachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
- An ability to interact courteously and effectively with staff, students, and visitors.
- A strong commitment to reliability and teamwork.
