Part-Time RN OpportunityThe Part-Time RN will work closely with Ownership and Client Care Managers to ensure a high level of care for seniors throughout the community. He/She will also play a key role in ensuring that the non-medical care team receives needed training to safely care for their clients.Reports to: OwnerPrimary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):Provide training of field staff during new hire orientationAssist in identifying and closing training gaps within staffConduct Caregiver Skills Assessments and Health Screening during OrientationEnsures that training programs meet internal and external compliance standardsField supervisory visits to ensure complianceConduct Nurse visits/assessments to determine care needs.Develop Care Plans for new and existing clients based on in-home assessments.Provide oversight and sign-off of client Care PlansParticipate in Marketing meetings and events with key referral sourcesQualificationsPrevious industry experience required – Homecare, Hospice, Home Health, Nursing Home, Assisted LivingThree years of related work experience strongly preferredDementia training or experience requiredCurrent RN Registration in State of South CarolinaExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environmentMust have excellent verbal communication skills and follow-up skills with prospects, clients, and client familiesAbility to quickly build rapport with people of all culturesProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, and Outlook requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a team
