Key Responsibilities: Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals Negotiate solutions and reinforce the value of Vehicle Service Contracts to retain customers Manage customer relationships and address concerns to maintain ongoing contracts Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED certificate 3-5+ years of experience in retention, renewals, or customer account management Background in automotive warranty, insurance, banking, or vacation ownership is a plus Call center or inside sales experience required Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across CRM platforms
