Key Responsibilities: Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals Negotiate solutions and reinforce the value of coverage to retain customers Manage existing customer relationships and explain contract details effectively Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED certificate 3-5+ years of experience in retention, renewals, or customer account management Background in automotive warranty, insurance, banking, or vacation ownership is a plus Call center or inside sales experience required Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across CRM platforms
