Key Responsibilities: Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals Negotiate solutions and reinforce the value of contracts to retain customers Manage customer relationships and explain contract details to ensure peace of mind Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED certificate 3-5+ years of experience in retention, renewals, or customer account management Call center or inside sales experience required Background in automotive warranty, insurance, banking, or vacation ownership is a plus Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across CRM platforms
