Part-Time Retail Leader: Drive Sales & Experience

Foot Locker is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager and drive sales while coaching a diverse team. This part-time role focuses on delivering great customer experiences, leading with energy, ownership, and purpose on the shop floor.

You’ll supervise daily operations, manage opening/closing, protect store standards, and leverage retail tech to keep the team aligned with store priorities. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
