A national law firm providing legal services to financial institutions seeks a Part Time Litigation Attorney for their South Carolina team. 20-30 hours/week. Hourly pay of $40.13 - 71.50/hr. This role is remote. There will be occasional appearances for hearings, so candidates must be able to attend occasional hearings in person throughout the state. The South Carolina Foreclosure Attorney is responsible for handling uncontested and contested foreclosures.
