Position Overview:

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is looking for a TelehealthRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team. In this role, youwill provide virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling for a virtualspecialty medical practice dedicated to improving cardio-metabolic health.

Hours:

Guaranteed 20, 25, or 30 hours per week available( not dependent on patient volume)

Flexibility:

100% remote, telehealth-based role witha flexible work-from-home schedule

Pay:

Competitive hourly rate of $40–$44/hour based onexperience

Key Responsibilities:

• Providecomprehensive nutritional therapy and weight management coaching across aseamless multichannel digital platform, including video, voice, andinstant messaging


• Conductvirtual consultations to assess nutritional needs and create personalizedbehavior change plans


• Providemedication management support for obesity-related comorbidities under thesupervision of assigned physicians


• Supportpatients with dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications withinestablished protocols


• Utilizemotivational interviewing and therapeutic alliance techniques to achievelasting health outcomes


• Maintainaccurate client records and documentation in a timely manner using EHRsystems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a relatedfield from an accredited program


• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration


• Current state licensure/certification (if mandated by the state)


• Willingnessand ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed


• Atleast 2 years of experience in outpatient or weight management settingspreferred


• Comfortablewith technology, electronic medical records, and working in aHIPAA-compliant home environment


• CDCEScertification (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) preferred


• Availabilityon evenings and Saturdays preferred
