• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and update treatment plans
• Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Current RBT certification
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services)
• Prior experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
