Part-Time RBT: Paid Training & Certification Support

What You'll Do

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes across Briargate and Northgate. Work under BCBA supervision with kids who need consistent support.

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data using our digital platform so treatment decisions stay grounded in real progress
• Implement behavior intervention plans across home, community, and outdoor settings throughout the Briargate corridor
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to reinforce strategies between sessions and generalize skills
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to sharpen your clinical skills and stay current
• Communicate session updates, concerns, and wins to your BCBA supervisor consistently and promptly

All you need:

• Active RBT certification through the BACB, or willingness to complete RBT training with our support
• Reliable personal transportation to travel between client homes in the Briargate and Northgate areas
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
• Ability to work on the floor, outdoors, and in active play environments with children
