Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to join our ABA team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, helping clients build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to support children with Autism. Part-time positions with paid training and flexible scheduling are available.
