Product Development AssistantFUN.com is looking for a Product Development Assistant to support our Product Development team! In this role, you'll help keep projects on track by organizing incoming costume and apparel samples, entering new projects into our tracking system, preparing samples for photography, and providing general administrative support to the team.If you're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. No previous experience is required—we'll train the right person. Track, log, organize, and notify developers of new arrivalsPrep samples for being transferred to photography departmentData entry/Pulling Basic ReportsProject Workflow ManagementKeeping files up to dateOrganizing dataRequesting fabrics from factories/maintainingSample ManagementPull samples from warehouse, as neededCoordinate sample shipments and internal sample organizationAssist with fabric, trim, and factory sourcing requests as neededAssist with general office organization & administrative supportAssist Product Developers in day-to-day functionsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience with Microsoft Office suiteStrong organization skillsHigh attention to detailDesire to learn about costume/apparel development processTeam player and ability to multitaskFlexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environmentA positive and proactive attitude, Strong at building relationships, capable of working independently.
