Part-Time PowerFAIDS Implementation Specialist

Contract opportunity: part-time remote PowerFAIDS Implementation Specialist. The client is planning to install and configure CollegeBoard PowerFAIDS as their Financial Aid Management System, with the initial implementation beginning in January 2026 and expected to be completed by April 2026. While CollegeBoard will provide support, the role will act as an advisor/consultant rather than a hands‑on resource.

Base Pay Range

$40.00/hr – $75.00/hr

Duration

4‑month contract with possible extensions

Hours

Estimated 10–20 hours per week during 8 am–5 pm EST

United States (ideal EST or CST), 100% Remote

Requirements

• Strong PowerFAIDS experience – implementation & support
• Financial Aid expertise – understanding of financial aid processes and compliance
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and CollegeBoard support
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and configuration of PowerFAIDS
• Provide guidance on best practices for system setup and integration
• Support testing and troubleshooting during implementation
• Train internal staff on system functionality as needed
