About the Role:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized, in-home therapy to children. You’ll focus on improving motor function, strength, balance, and coordination to help each child reach their highest potential.

Scheduling Options:

• PRN (As Needed): Ideal for a consistent, smaller weekly caseload. Great for after‑school hours, evenings, or mornings.
• Part‑Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week, with flexibility to fit your schedule.
• Flexible Scheduling: We work around your availability and build caseloads close to your preferred location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
• Design customized treatment plans based on child‑specific goals.
• Educate caregivers on home‑based therapeutic exercises.
• Document sessions and communicate progress with the team.
• Collaborate across disciplines for integrated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
