Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric audiologic evaluations for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Conduct diagnostic hearing assessments using evidence‑based, age‑appropriate techniques.
• Develop individualized recommendations and collaborate with families regarding hearing health and intervention.
• Coordinate care with speech‑language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and behavioral health therapists.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation using our AI‑assisted documentation platform and EMR.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, schools, and community partners as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC‑A) preferred.
• Pediatric experience is preferred, but clinicians with a passion for working with children are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to evidence‑based, family‑centered care.
