Part Time Payroll Systems Analyst (ADP Vantage)

Payroll Systems ConsultantSpencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our payroll practice. We are seeking a part-time Payroll Systems Consultant to provide support during a transition period. This consultant will learn the company's existing payroll system and processes to ensure continuity and be prepared to train a new full-time employee once hired.

The consultant will also assist with payroll-related project work and serve as backup support during the transition.Responsibilities:Learn and document current payroll system configuration and business processesSupport project work related to payroll systems and process improvementsAssist with knowledge transfer and training for a future full-time employeeProvide backup support for payroll operations and related activitiesRequired Qualification(s):ADP Vantage experience required, including Vantage TimeStrong understanding of payroll systems, processes, and reportingExcellent attention to detail and ability to work independentlyDuration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of November 3, 2025 with an initial duration through May 1, 2026, with the possibility of extending.
