ParalegalThe Paralegal is an important resource in the legal department who will assist attorney(s) with an array of legal and administrative matters and support the legal department and company as a whole. Essential functions include:Working knowledge and experience in a broad range of substantive areas with an emphasis on intellectual property, marketing and claim reviews, contracts and related litigation management. Some international experience is desired but not required.Help to oversee a broad portfolio of patents and trademarks in conjunction with internal and external counsel.This position offers a key position in the legal department and competitive pay!
