A newly established legal firm, founded by an experienced attorney, is seeking a part-time Paralegal with a background in business and real estate law . This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice at the ground level, with room to expand into a long-term, full-time role.

Location: Initially remote, with plans to move into office space in Glendale, Pasadena, or Burbank, CA .

Schedule & Hours

• Starting at 20–25 hours per week (part-time, hourly pay)
• Growth path to full-time, 4 days per week in-office as the firm expands

Responsibilities

• Support attorney with business and real estate legal matters
• Draft, review, and organize contracts and legal documents
• Conduct legal research as needed
• Assist with filings, case preparation, and client communications
• Provide general administrative and legal support to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience (business and/or real estate law) — open to candidates at all levels, from early career to seasoned professionals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a growing entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills
