About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) seeks a Part‑Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care at three outpatient clinics across Allegheny County, serving in Homestead, Tarentum and McKeesport, PA. This clinic‑based role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community‑focused setting serving senior populations.

The Setting

This opportunity operates within a community‑based outpatient clinic model.

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing and logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high‑quality vision care.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
• Deliver patient‑centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania optometry licenseExperience treating senior populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Schedule

• Part Time
• Typical hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
• No nights
