Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages using advanced diagnostic instrumentation.
• Recommend vision‑enhancing solutions and provide patient education on ocular health.
• Schedule exams every 30 minutes and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Collaborate with a technician who conducts entrance testing, collects patient history, and pre‑charts information.

Qualifications

• Active optometry license in the state of California.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain efficient workflow.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base daily pay of $525–$550 per day.
• Up to $100 daily bonus.
• Additional bonus opportunities for IPL, Myopia Management, and LASIK.
• Part‑time Saturday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.).
