20/20 Optometric Eye Care, located in Valencia and Chatsworth, California, is actively seeking a Part‑time Associate Optometrist to join our team.

Job Overview

The role involves providing comprehensive eye care to a diverse patient population while utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment. You will work a minimum of two days per week, conducting exams ranging from routine contact fits to glaucoma and myopia control evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams, including contact fitting, emergency care, and routine assessments.
• Conduct glaucoma evaluations and assist with Humphrey visual field testing.
• Fit and program scleral lenses and conduct myopia control procedures.
• Utilize OCT, fundus camera, and topography for diagnostics.
• Work collaboratively with opticians, technicians and administrative staff to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Optometrist in the State of California.
• Current or imminent completion of an optometric doctoral program.
• Strong communication and patient‑care skills.
• Willingness to stay current on optometric advances and coding practices.
• Capable of managing a variety of patient ages and visual needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• $600 per day plus incentives.
• 15% of office production added to salary in the second year (similar to an active partner arrangement).
• Flexible schedule of at least two days per week.
