This part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and proactive, with strong attention to detail. The Office Coordinator helps ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, maintaining organized spaces, welcoming visitors, and supporting general office and administrative needs.This role also provides administrative support to the Leadership Team, which may include:Scheduling meetings for large groups using OutlookCreating simple documents, spreadsheets, and presentationsEntering data into websitesUpdating office signage and formsCreating forms in AdobeProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems is required.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder, receive, and maintain office supplies, materials, and general inventoryStock and organize office materials and shared spacesGreet and assist visitors, vendors, and staff in a professional and friendly mannerReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, supply areas, and common office spacesPerform light cleaning duties (e.g., tidying common areas, wiping surfaces, organizing workspaces)Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as neededSupport Leadership Team with scheduling, document creation, spreadsheets, presentations, and data entryCommunicate supply needs, maintenance issues, and operational concerns to the HR ManagerSupport special projects or additional administrative duties as assignedJob Type: Part-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In personRequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior office, administrative, or coordinator experience preferredStrong organizational skills and ability to multitaskFriendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeBasic computer skills (email, calendars, Microsoft Office, Adobe)Ability to create simple documents, spreadsheets, and presentationsAbility to lift and move office supplies and packages as neededWork Environment & Physical RequirementsOffice-based with regular standing, walking, bending, and light liftingOccasional lifting of office supplies and packagesAbility to provide administrative support to the Leadership Team as described aboveExperience:Office: 2 years (Required)
