Worky is seeking a part-time developer/researcher to update and enhance the COPEPOD toolkit, including COPEPODITE and NAUPLIUS. You will work with GMT, Django, Python and R to implement new features and analytics for ecosystem reports.
You will coordinate with NMFS plankton scientists to ensure the toolkit meets user needs, and you will touch HTML/JavaScript UI elements and Linux-based data pipelines to incrementally improve the system.
