Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (Fully Remote)

About the role:

• As a part-time NP, you will provide longitudinal care for a panel of patients remotely.
• You'll focus on onboarding, follow-up care, and managing labs and prescriptions.
• We leverage technology and have a large support team to handle logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evidence-based virtual evaluations and maintain accurate records.
• Order lab tests, interpret results, and prescribe medications.
• Respond to patient questions with clarity and care, maintaining high satisfaction scores.

Must-Have:

• Deep understanding of the trans experience and at least one active license.
• Experience prescribing behavioral health medications and using GAHT guidelines.
• Comfort with 100% remote care and strong technical skills.
