Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (Fully Remote)

About the role: As a part-time NP, you will provide longitudinal care for a panel of patients remotely. You'll focus on onboarding, follow-up care, and managing labs and prescriptions. We leverage technology and have a large support team to handle logistics. Responsibilities: Conduct evidence-based virtual evaluations and maintain accurate records. Order lab tests, interpret results, and prescribe medications. Respond to patient questions with clarity and care, maintaining high satisfaction scores. Must-Have: Deep understanding of the trans experience and at least one active license. Experience prescribing behavioral health medications and using GAHT guidelines.
