Part-Time NP/PA in Skilled Nursing — Autonomy & Strong Pay

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team part time, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.

This independent role emphasizes continuity of care, with you managing your own panel and building long-term relationships with patients and families. You will see roughly 16–20 patients per day, with 6-hour rounds, chart from home, and a productivity-based pay model.
