The Opportunity
- Part-Time Medical Director (20 hours/week)
- Lead an established outpatient primary care program with a strong mission and growing impact
- Influence clinical strategy, quality initiatives, and program development at the leadership level
- Supervise APPs and support a multidisciplinary care team focused on whole-person care
- Enjoy meaningful leadership responsibilities without the demands of a full-time administrative role
- Help improve access and outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and other underserved populations
- Flexible schedule with the ability to leave a lasting impact on patients, providers, and the organization
The Ideal Candidate
- MD or DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Ohio license or ability to obtain licensure
- Previous leadership or APP supervision experience preferred
- Passion for patient-centered care and healthcare innovation
