Part-Time Medical Coding Recruiter

To support the recruitment of skilled medical professionals, the part-time Medical Coding Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and screening candidates for medical coding positions while working remotely for 25-29 hours per week. Key responsibilities Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' coding skills and experience Maintain an active pipeline of qualified medical coders and coordinate onboarding processes Required qualifications Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or medical coding Understanding of medical coding terminology and relevant certifications (e.g., CPC, CCS) Experience in sourcing candidates specifically for medical coding and auditing roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
