Part Time Machine Operators2nd and 3rd shift$19-$20/hourJob DescriptionYou will load and unload machines, handle materials, and use hand and power tools while working safely. The position offers structured training, cross-training across multiple areas, and a clear pathway for advancement into higher-level machine operator roles.ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload machines with raw materials and finished products in a safe and efficient manner.Handle materials throughout the production process, including using overhead cranes, forklifts, and CombiLift equipment to move products.Monitor machines during operation to ensure products move correctly through each stage of the process and meet quality expectations.Use hand and power tools to support production, maintenance, and general shop activities as required.Clean quench tanks and maintain a clean, organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Crystal Lake, IL.Pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
