Part-Time Landscape/ Construction Estimator – Houston (As Needed, Commission-Based + Base Compensation)
Location: Houston, TX (Must travel to job sites)
Pay: $200- $400 per estimate + commission on closed projects
About Us:
FiveSTAR Landscape is a landscape design and build company serving Houston’s most sought-after neighborhoods. We specialize in custom landscape design and architecture, including hardscaping, drainage solutions, and outdoor living spaces.
We are looking for an experienced landscape/construction estimator who can handle estimates and proposals on an as-needed basis. This is a very part-time, flexible role with job volume that varies depending on project demand.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit job sites across Houston to assess project scope
- Provide detailed estimates for landscape construction, drainage, and hardscaping
- Prepare and send proposals based on design plans
- Communicate professionally with clients as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in landscape construction or hardscape estimating
- Familiarity with drainage solutions, grading, and materials pricing
- Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites across Houston
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating
- Ability to work commission-based (fluctuating job volume)
