Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationDevelop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and servicesRequirementsProperty and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)Prior professional customer service experience preferredSuccessful track record of meeting goals/quotas preferredSelf-motivatedDetail orientedAble to learn computer functionsIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
