Part-Time In-Home Health Physician

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations for members in the Hartford area. Visits last about 45 minutes and include a history review, physical assessment, and tailored guidance.

You’ll use an iPad with a clinical workflow, travel locally as needed, and may conduct virtual visits. Licensure in the coverage area is required and MD/DO credentials are preferred; salary is $125 per hour for this role.
