Part-time HR Manager

To support a growing team, the part-time HR Manager will coordinate the full employee and contractor lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compliance, in a fully remote and flexible environment. Key Responsibilities Lead recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews Coordinate onboarding processes and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll-related changes Oversee performance management, employee relations, and compliance practices Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HR Strong knowledge of HR administration, recruiting, and compliance Experience with HRIS; familiarity with Rippling is a plus Experience supporting a multistate, fully remote workforce Must be US-based and eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
