Both parents work remotely in high-demand professional roles with regular meetings throughout the day, and are also building side ventures in real estate and content creation. Our older child has high support needs and currently has a dedicated nanny who cares for him during the day. Our younger child attends daycare and brings her own wonderful energy home each evening. A possible third child is on the horizon, so this household is growing and we want someone who can grow with us.We've put a lot of thought and love into our home, and we're committed to building a strong, well-run household. A professional organizer is doing a one-time whole-home setup, and we need someone to own and maintain those systems going forward.
