Clinical Scope
We are seeking a comprehensive clinician who is comfortable performing a broad range of procedures, including:
- Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
- Crown and bridge dentistry
- Surgical and routine extractions
- Implant placement and restoration
- Endodontic therapy (molar endodontics preferred)
- Full-mouth rehabilitation and complex restorative cases

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum 5+ years of comprehensive clinical experience preferred
- Experience with implant placement and restoration strongly preferred
- Molar endodontic experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities
- Commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards
