Part-Time Financial Purchase Specialist

Financial Purchase SpecialistRTS Financial and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a Financial Purchase Specialist. This position is responsible for reviewing, auditing and processing invoices and related documentation per procedural and contractual requirements. The Financial Purchase Specialist will focus on the daily purchase queues of designated client portfolios.What You'll DoDaily account review and audit procedures for RTS Financial customersRegularly update account information to maintain recordsPrepare audit reports by collecting and analyzing information to ensure that purchases are billed and processed correctlyMaintain financial account details to ensure that processing adjustments are done correctlyProvide daily funding for assigned work queuesPerform risk assessments and ensure that procedures are in place and followed to minimize risk associated with funding client accountsManage purchase issues, including clarifying the issue, determining the cause, expediting the correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolutionOther duties as assignedThis is a part-time position; hours are Monday - Friday, 10am - 1pm CSTThis is a fully remote position, however, candidates must reside within a 100-mile radius of the Kansas City Metropolitan AreaWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred, but not required.Reliable high speed internet connection (required for remote workers)Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsProblem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsDetail orientated with analytical and technical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and data entryDemonstrated ability to meet deadlinesExperience in the financial industry a plusCompany issued laptop and monitor/s providedApply Today!We're so excited to connect with you!
