Part-Time Executive Director — Community Foundation Leader

Byway Foundation, a newly established private foundation rooted in a four-generation family philanthropic tradition, seeks its first Executive Director in Kansas City, KS. This part-time role (~20 hours/week) will shape culture, relationships, and operations from the ground up, serving as the public face and strategic steward of the Foundation.

The ED will build partnerships, oversee due diligence and grant processes, and advise the founders on funding decisions.
