Mercy St. Louis is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. Join a Level 1 Trauma Center team delivering high-acuity care across trauma, stroke, cardiac and critical care cases.
You’ll work with ED physicians, APNs and multidisciplinary staff to stabilize patients and coordinate rapid decision-making. As an ED nurse, you’ll practice at the top of your license with strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and compassionate patient advocacy.
