Part-Time ED Lead RN: Behavioral Health

St. Luke’s Nampa Medical Center in Idaho is seeking an Emergency Department Lead RN on a 0.6 FTE midshift (1300–0130) to guide the ED team with a focus on behavioral health care.

You will mentor RNs in de-escalation techniques, restraint protocols, safety and psychopharmacology, participate in chart audits for restraint documentation, and benefit from continuing education scholarships and access to a newly built ED with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
