Part-Time Customer Service Agent

To support the Training Services Team, the part-time Tier 1 Customer Service Agent will handle inbound calls and email inquiries from clients, instructors, and organizations, ensuring outstanding customer service in a remote setting across the United States. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and emails, resolving inquiries related to account maintenance and class information Maintain daily production standards for call-handling metrics, email completion, and quality assurance Triage complex problems and route callers appropriately while performing related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable Proficiency in using computer applications in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
