Hours: Part-time, 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Ability to perform basic building maintenance
- Ability to perform daily cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, removing trash, cleaning restrooms, and removing snow
- Ability to set up for and clean up after special activities
- Ability to perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and ballasts, etc.
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to work independently
- Interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and commitment to include equity, social justice, and inclusion in all practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours/overtime hours/some weekends
- Knowledge in the operation of floor care equipment or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Willingness to have multiple assignments at different locations
- Other duties as assigned
