Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and custodial duties across campus homes and residential spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and other appropriate methods
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with organizations guidelines
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and report issues when observed
- Support a safe and sanitary environment for individuals served by the organization
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift moderate weight and perform physical tasks related to cleaning
