Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals and snacks for patients, residents, and staff, ensuring that all dishes are presented with attention to detail and served in a timely manner

• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our patients and residents

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols

• Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked and efficiently operated

• Collaborate with our dietary team to ensure that all meals are nutritionally balanced and appealing to our patients and residents

Requirements

• Part-Time schedule, with flexible hours to accommodate patient and facility needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in cooking or a related field
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
