Sporting Jax Soccer Academy is seeking passionate, energetic, and player-centered coaches to join our Competitive Program staff. Staff Coaches play a critical role in developing players within our player development pathway while fostering a positive, challenging, and professional environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of player development, effective communication skills, and a commitment to creating an exceptional experience for players and families. Coaches are expected to uphold the values and standards of Sporting Jax Soccer Academy while representing the club with professionalism on and off the field.
