Position: Part-Time Classroom Aide – Public Safety
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Reports To: Assistant Director
Work Days: 5 days/week – 5.75 hrs. per day
Salary: $20.50-$25.00 based on experience
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma
- Holds or able to obtain a Paraprofessional License
- Recommended Skills/Training and experiences to match specific need in Public Safety: Emergency Medical Technician, Firefighter Training, Law Enforcement, Corrections and Dispatch
- Experience leading, guiding or training high school age students in a formal setting is preferred
- Experience in monitoring students in a supervised learning environment
- Competent computer/software skills and knowledge
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Demonstrates a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment
