Branch ReceptionistAs the Branch Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and prospects—delivering exceptional service and creating positive first impressions through warm greetings and efficient support. This highly visible role requires outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills. You'll manage incoming calls, coordinate meetings and vendor visits, and ensure the reception area reflects our commitment to excellence.

Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional demeanor will be key to supporting our team and enhancing the client experience.This is a Part-Time role working 30 hours a week that includes benefits!The Impact You'll Make:Greets and directs incoming clients, visitors and business associates in a helpful, professional and pleasant manner; providing information, directions or assistance as neededAnswers phone calls coming into the branch through a switchboard and routes calls to their appropriate destinationPlan, coordinate and arrange for vendor luncheons, client meetings, etc. Sets up conference callsEnsures the proper delivery of all delivered items received at the switchboard/reception desksValidates parking tickets for all visitorsSort, process and route incoming and outgoing mailPerforms miscellaneous clerical functions, such as mailings, and assists with projects for departments as needed.
