The Opportunity

As the Bookkeeper, you'll take ownership of core accounting functions that help maintain accurate financial records and support the firm's ongoing operations. What You'll Do

• Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Support month-end close activities and assist with financial reporting

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Background supporting a professional services, financial services, or accounting environment preferred
