This part‑time BCBA role is designed for flexibility. As a BCBA on our team, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your time while still being supported and connected.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans as a BCBA
- Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work as a BCBA
- Design play-based programming using Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality implementation under your guidance as a BCBA
- Collaborate with families and care teams
- Monitor progress through both data and meaningful client outcomes
What You Bring
- BCBA certification
- Maryland licensure or eligibility
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
- Strong clinical and communication skills expected of a BCBA
